Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon the earlier of Your registration on the Website or Your first use of the Website. If You do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, You should stop using the Website immediately. Your continued use will automatically be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

We will endeavour to take the modification into account as soon as possible. RedCompass Ltd, its affiliates and third-party licensors (as applicable) own all rights, title and interests – including all intellectual property rights (including copyright, database rights, trademarks) – in/to the Website and Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users. Content in any event includes the RedCompass Labs RedFlag Accelerator.

We may freely use Feedback without attribution or the need to pay You or any third party royalties or other fees of any kind. “Feedback” means any suggestions or recommendations for improvement or modifications to the Website or Content made by You or on Your behalf.

The extent of the user rights granted to You under these terms and conditions is restricted to the scope expressly set forth herein, and there are no implied licenses under these terms and conditions. RedCompass Ltd reserves any right in or to the Website and Content not expressly granted to the User hereunder. You acknowledge and agree that any use of the Website or Content outside the scope of the user rights granted hereunder will entitle Us to immediately terminate (or alternatively, at Our option, suspend) the user rights granted hereunder for Your material breach. Nothing on this Website shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the Website without the owner's prior written permission.
